What it is
On-Demand Skills is the entry point of the ICEN skill system. Once installed, your AI agent gains an on-demand capability gateway: describe what you want in natural language, and it matches the right skills from the ICEN registry, then installs them after your confirmation.

- One command for install and update: install and update are the same command; safe to re-run, already-latest versions are skipped automatically
- Multi-agent sync: automatically detects and installs into the skill directories of common AI agents
- Always current: the registry is continuously updated; every install checks versions and only downloads what changed
